Brew Toon have gathered as much local rhubarb and strawberries that they could get their hands on to create this blade of a beer, sharp and fruity with a wicked bite. Loaded with fresh rhubarb and kettle soured to amplify the tartness, they have balanced the all round flavour profile by conditioning with fresh, juicy strawberries. A crisp refreshing beer with a smooth finish. The sea has now met the mountain. Worth the hike.
