This beer is a take on a breakfast treat from NYC. Blueberry and vanilla pancakes with a touch of cinnamon. This one is exactly as it sounds, full of blueberry and smooth vanilla and cinnamon with a thick pancake, cake-like body to it. Not too sour or too sweet either, well balanced and smooth.
