A Japanese citrus with a unique flavour, Sudachi mixes the best of fruity lime and juicy oranges with a hint of the unfamiliar. Tart, bracing, juicy, otherworldly. Inspired by traditional Norwegian farmhouse brewing, this beer is unhopped and raw to leave more body and flavour, and fermented with kveik for a bright base.
