Gin is best enjoyed Fresh, so we make Fresh Gin every 2-3 weeks!  Experience a classic citrus-led & vibrantly refreshing Scottish Gin

Lime Gin – 40%

Lime Gin is refreshingly simple.  Deep lime from lime leaf transcends into a delicate peppered florality before concluding with a sweet herbaceous quality & a kiss of soft lime.

Scottish Bramble Gin – 40%

Officially launched during the Taste of Grampian, this dark and mysterious Scottish Bramble Gin is imbued with warming notes of Cassia, Black Pepper and exotic Cubeb Berries. These flavours combine with Scottish Brambles to give a rich and luxurious experience.

Winter Warmer Gin- 42%

Winter warmer is like a warm hug that’s refreshing at the same time.  It features lots of warming spices such as Star Anise, Pepper, Cardamom, Cassia, Cinnamon, Orange, Cloves, Nutmeg, All Spice … just to name a few.

Lemon & Lime Gin – 42%

It’s just that.  Deep satisfying lime notes give way to a crisp uplifting lemon-herb body & finishing on a moreish lemon sherbet note.
